DETAILS TO KNOW:
Vendor Walk-Through Dates: The following dates have been scheduled for required vendor walk-through of the La Plaza area: Monday, June 1, 2026 11:00 AM Court A – Level 3 outside of Jarana Restaurant and Wednesday, June 3, 2026 11:00 AM Court A – Level 3 outside of Jarana Restaurant.
Parking: All vendors will park in Parking Lot A on the top level (see attached image/map). Parking is first come, first served, however the venue will still be closed during vendor arrival times so there should be ample parking available. Vendors will be able to unload and walk directly into the Plaza area from the parking level. At this time: Non-game day parking remains $6.40. If there are any updates or changes, La Plaza will notify vendors immediately. Game day parking procedures and pricing are still being finalized by American Dream.
Department of Health Applications: All Department of Health applications must be completed directly by the vendor. Unfortunately, there is nothing the La Plaza management can do to expedite the process or answer questions regarding the application requirements. Booth assignments for vendors awaiting Department of Health approval will be assigned once we receive final confirmation.
